Trang Bui is the Country Head of Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, a global real estate services firm that focuses on delivering exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. In this role, she oversees management and business activities across the market and drives strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and capture transaction opportunities.

Trang has over 18 years of extensive and diverse commercial real estate advisory experience, and has closed over USD300 million worth of transactions, including some of the highest- profile development and investment deals on the market for the past 3 years. Trang is passionate about growing the market as a whole and assisting sustainable capital deployment. She is curently leading a total of USD2.5 billion advisory and capital attraction activities in Vietnam for 2022. She is an active keynote speaker at real estate conferences in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and the United States.

With more than 14 years of experience in the retail industry, I have had the opportunity to cooperate with many company models from startups, distributors to MNC. To always strengthen my own abilities, I have worked through the departments of Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Purchasing so that I can confidently manage many store chains. 12 years in the luxury retail and 2 years in the ICT industry have given me many perspectives on how to start a brand, run stores and maintain a business with customer experience as the main strategy!

I have joined T.M.G, Phuong Phat Company, VinDS (Vingroup), Chanel Vietnam, Start-up Skinetiq and currently in charge of FPT Retail's ICT hi-end concept with more than 50 stores.

Mr. Tran Duy Khiem

Khiem is the Head of Marketing at APE TECH SOLUTIONS, a fast growing software development companies that specialized in Supply Chain operation solutions. Prior to his stint at APE Tech solutions, Khiem spent more than 20 year of experience in logistics with P&G, DongA Bank, Gemadept Logistics, Smartlog, U&I Logistics Corporation.

Besides, Khiem is the regular key note speaker in logistics topics at Global Supply Chain Council (GSCC), Vietnam Supply Chain Community (VSCC), Vietnam Logistics Association (VLA), Universities in Vietnam. Khiem was an editor of Vietnam Supply Chain Insight Magazine from 2009-2011.

Mr. Jaideep Deodhar

Jaideep has worked for 27 years in a range of roles. He has been an entrepreneur for many years, having founded Simulytics Services in 2007. At Simulytics, he has delivered cost-optimization, network design, and consulting assignments at large companies in power, consumer products and logistics industry. The optimization solutions were built on large-scale Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) models.

Simulytics has successfully launched cutting edge software products for logistics operations. Its flagship product, STOCKMETRY (Warehouse Management System) is powering over 50 warehouses across India and Africa. STOCKMETRY has delivered benefits in a range of industries – consumer products, apparels, retail, footwear, industrial products, automotive and footwear.

Jaideep is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Lucknow, and takes a keen interest in academics. He is a visiting faculty at IIM Lucknow, and IIM Udaipur. Jaideep is on the Board of Governors of IIM Lucknow. In his spare time, Jaideep is a keen marathon runner.

Mr. Senthil Kumar

Senthil is a highly experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in general management, e- commerce and logistics and has held senior leadership positions in DHL E-commerce, Samsung and most recently Janio Asia. He has an intimate knowledge of, and experience across various facets of logistics and e-commerce and utilized this experience to build cohesive teams and grow sustainable revenue and profit in challenging market environments.

Senthil was awarded the Asian Business Fellowship Award (by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore) in the early years of his career and he has had market exposure and hands-on knowledge across various geographies: South Asia, Southeast Asia, North Asia and Oceania.

Early of year 2022 was in charges a role set up Airfreight Division and E.Commerce at SEKO Logistic Vietnam.

From Apr 2023, set up and take new roles as Managing Director of xpd global Forwarding & Solution (Vietnam), is a Mexico Logistics Company with 80 offices in the world, mainly based in Latam- Noram and Europe with experience +20 years, and just start expansion Asia Pacific in 2023.

Mr. Hung Pham

Mr Hung Pham worked in the retail/ FMCG industry for 3 years at Saigon Co.op and Mondelez Vietnam, focusing on Operation Excellence and daily operations.
